The Salle des Étoiles du Sporting Monte-Carlo hosted the first edition of the Grand Prix de la Haute Joaillerie on October 25th. A gathering designed to bring together the key players in the world of jewelry creation under one common recognition.

The initiative, spearheaded by Stéphane Valéri and Jean-Philippe Braud, brought together the major houses.  Chanel, Dior, Chopard, Bulgari, Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, Boucheron, Messika, Dolce&Gabbana and Anna Hu, alongside independent designers, exceptional artisans and collectors from different backgrounds. The goal is to highlight the cultural, patrimonial and economic dimension of an art often perceived through the sole prism of luxury.

Thirty-three pieces were presented, each chosen to embody the signature of its House. These creations had, in the days preceding, been exhibited in Monaco in the showcases of the participating Houses and at the Café de la Rotonde, offering the public the opportunity to admire their exquisite craftsmanship.
