The Blue Book 2024 from Tiffany & Co. discloses its latest masterpieces of haute jewelry, Tiffany Céleste. This final chapter pays tribute to the illustrious designer Jean Schlumberger, whose imagination and fascination for the universe continue to influence the world of jewelry. Under the artistic direction of Nathalie Verdeille, director of jewelry and haute joaillerie at Tiffany & Co., This collection offers a masterful reinterpretation of Schlumberger's creations through four new chapters: Owl on a Rock, Phoenix, Unicorn, and Star Burst.

The Tiffany Céleste collection draws inspiration from Jean Schlumberger’s archival works while modernizing them for a new generation of high jewelry enthusiasts. «Each chapter reflects the limitless creative spirit of Jean Schlumberger,» explains Nathalie Verdeille. This fall launch highlights creations inspired by nature and the stars, reinterpreting emblematic motifs such as the famous Phoenix brooch and the iconic Bird on a Rock.

Owl on a Rock revisits one of Schlumberger’s most emblematic creations, Bird on the Rock, by adding a nocturnal touch. This new version, featuring an owl perched on a «lunar rock», embodies the mystery and magic of the stars. The black opals, Tanzanites, moonstones, and star-shaped sapphires represent the night sky, and each owl has a unique personality, reflected by the gemstone on which it is perched.

In the chapter Phoenix, Tiffany & Co. reinterprets the iconic brooch Phoenix from Schlumberger. Inspired by the mythological bird that rises from its ashes, this creation uses fire opals and Umba sapphires to illustrate the flamboyance of the phoenix. A majestic ring highlights a fire opal, while an exceptional necklace features cushion-cut rubellites reminiscent of the fiery flames of the legend.

The theme Unicorn Immersing oneself in the world of the mythical creatures that inspired Jean Schlumberger. This chapter highlights the «Crazy Twist» creations, featuring twisted designs embedded with diamonds and purple and pink sapphires. The highlight of this collection is a Licorne brooch featuring a bicolor tourmaline cushion-cut stone weighing over 25 carats, an extraordinary piece that reflects the magic and fantasy of imaginary worlds.

Star Burst It pays tribute to the brightest galaxies in the universe. This luminous collection includes an exceptional necklace with six cabochon-cut opals totaling more than 64 carats, capturing the brilliance of the stars. Each creation in this chapter evokes the brilliance of supernovae and the creative energy that animates Jean Schlumberger’s universe.

As a complement to Tiffany Céleste, excerpts from the previous chapters of the Blue Book, such as’Apollo, Arrow, Ray of Light and Flying Star, These creations continue to reflect Schlumberger’s passion for the stars and distant galaxies.

Tiffany Céleste marks a new stage in the legacy of Tiffany & Co., Celebrating both Jean Schlumberger’s avant-garde vision and the house’s ability to reinvent timeless works of art, each piece embodies the perfect marriage of craftsmanship and imagination, offering collectors a unique chance to own a piece of jewelry history inspired by the universe and its mysteries.
