Three prizes were awarded for the #monbijouprefere competition: the savoir-faire prize, the creation prize and the prize for internet users.

Esprit Joaillerie spoke at length with Pascal Jacquot, creator of Sanlys, the winner of the savoir-faire award for his creation
«My Journey»:
The compass is an ancient instrument, designed to help the traveler.
We designed it with modern tools and prestigious materials to travel through the world of jewelry.
We took care of its realization; it’s the work of fellow workers and friends.
Sanlys is a workshop run by passionate people.
This compass is a reflection of our craftsmanship; the carving, polishing, and engraving that my son has done.
What is your favorite stone?
The diamond.
I love this stone; I would like to put it on all my jewelry.
The jewel is completed with light and diamonds.
Is there a place that inspires you?
An Italian city, Venice, is beautiful.
Another of your achievements to share?
The «Hina» ring.

This salon was also an opportunity to appreciate the passion of Anna Tabakhova, author of the book
« The clasp in jewelry, 4000 years of history »
and that of Patrick Voillot, a stone hunter, thanks to their conference.
Esprit Joaillerie also interviewed two visitors, asking them what they were hoping to get from a designer’s jewelry.
– Marc L: «I came to see other jewelry, ideas, and to surprise my girlfriend.”.
I’m torn between a sapphire pendant and a ring.
What I was able to see pleased me, and I enjoyed talking with the creator; it’s that I like talking with the person who makes the jewelry that I’m going to give away.
