On the occasion of Haute Couture Week in Paris in July 2025, the Graff house unveiled 1963, A high-jewellery collection inspired by the brand’s founding decade. This new ensemble pays tribute to the Swinging Sixties, a time of creative freedom and cultural upheaval, while reaffirming the central role of the diamond in the Maison’s history.
Founded in 1960 in London by Laurence Graff, the house quickly established itself as a major player in high jewelry, developing a unique approach to the size and highlighting of stones. 1963, Graff revisits this period when jewelry becomes an artistic manifestation. The piece, composed of a necklace, bracelet and earrings, brings together oval, baguette and brilliant-cut diamonds totaling more than 129 carats.
The design is based on perfectly set concentric circles, whose hypnotic construction recalls the psychedelic aesthetics of the 1960s. Each piece is structured around a central oval diamond, framed by bespoke baguette-cut diamond arches. This luminous geometry creates the impression of infinite movement, where the brilliance of the central stone extends into a light architecture.
Behind the white gold of the frames, GRAFF A secret detail has been slipped in, a line of pavé emeralds discreetly concealed, which adds a touch of unexpected color. This chromatic signature, Graff green, subtly contrasts with the icy clarity of the diamonds and gives the whole piece an intimate and unique dimension.
For François Graff, General Manager of the House, 1963 It expresses both the memory and the future: «If its design pays tribute to the decade of Graff’s founding, each jewel also embodies the evolution of our know-how and the promise of our future.»
Presented in a premiere in Paris, 1963 It illustrates the meeting between heritage and modernity. This masterful creation testifies to the relentless quest for perfection that animates GRAFF Since its inception, it has confirmed its identity: a visionary jeweler guided by the light of the diamond.
