For more than two centuries, the House Chaumet Sublime the precious stones by offering them prestigious destinies in the royal courts. Thus, this exhibition reveals the rare pieces, some of which are on display for the first time.

It should be noted that it is under the high patronage of His Serene Highness Prince Albert II. Moreover, the exhibition is orchestrated by two curators specializing in royal courts: Stéphane Bern and Christophe Vachaudez, a historian specializing in jewelry.

It is worth noting that dazzling jewels from museums, private collections of large families, or royal courts are on display. Likewise, the emblematic piece of jewelry from the Chaumet House is also on display. These are true works of art. For the quality of the stones, the creation, and the setting, the diadems tell the story of the art of living in a bygone era and the intimate relationship between the wearer and the jeweler. My warm thanks to the House Chaumet and especially to Gersende Madelin.

Regarding the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco. This venue was born thanks to Prince Rainier III’s desire to position Monaco as a center of cultural influence. Indeed, it offers a unique site on the sea to host numerous events, such as this superb exhibition by the Maison. Chaumet.
