A winner at the salon My Creator Jewelry 2015.
It must be said that the Salon of my jewelry designers 2015 was a success.
Despite the delicate national context, Myrtille Mousson showcases «Made in France» products. Thus, she reveals the creative spirit and shares that designer jewelry is once again accessible to everyone.

It should be noted that all the creations were sparkling.
Esprit Joaillerie had the pleasure of participating as a jury in the competition. My Favorite Jewelry, a public favorite. The public voted in large numbers online.

In fact, the winner, Nathalie Bonnemaille, presents her necklace Vivaldi.

For us, she takes a moment among her creations to talk about herself.
Nathalie, which is your favorite stone??
I wouldn’t be able to answer, what matters to me is what she will tell me. In fact, I’ll look at her subject matter, the reflection of light and its depth. That’s what I’ll like.
For example, dendritic agate doesn’t leave me indifferent. It has to be said that it is a work of art in itself, like a landscape.
The jewel that best represents you?
First of all, he has to take me with him. Then anything is possible. I like jewelry that has a soul; it’s in contrast to repetitive, industrial-style jewelry.

How did you become a creator?
As a child, I already loved creating, touching the material. Everything that was meticulous and artistic attracted me; sculpting wood pleases me.
The idea comes to me, I find my creative strength and I take on this challenge. I sometimes spend an entire night thinking about my creation. Drawing also guides me; I was lucky enough to study this art at the Edgard Faure school near the Swiss border. Four years of studying the art of jewelry brought out my passion.
What is the place that inspires you?
Without a doubt, hiking. The sound of the water, the leaves of the trees in the wind, walking near the waterfalls, exploring the forest all speak to me.
It is also a reflection on our way of life: opening up to the other in order to achieve harmony. «Harmony arises from openness,» this openness is inspired by Derrida’s deconstructivism, and also by Zaha Hadid’s architecture. This balance is found in nature; it inspires me greatly and I am very close to it.

A book you haven’t forgotten?
The perfume of Patrick Suskind. It’s a passion to the extreme, violent; it’s a reading that has troubled me.

A music you listen to?
Vivaldi!
Or… Calogero, Zazie, I like people who are committed.

Your most unexpected creation?
I made a bear tooth pendant.

What would you like to achieve?
Working even more with the material, creating sculptures.
That’s a part of me that I would like to do less of.
