Gabrielle Chanel, a visionary of fashion, always advocated a body awareness and freedom of movement in her creations. As early as 1921, she had already introduced a «Sport» atelier within her haute couture house, a revolutionary initiative for the time. Today, this pioneering spirit finds a new expression in the collection High-end Sports Jewellery, The collection combines creative audacity with great technical mastery. The collection celebrates the beauty of the sporting gesture, the momentum, the passion, the challenge and the achievement. The creations with clean and slender lines give a sporty look, as do the motifs and graphics that evoke speed and rhythm. Thus, the chevron pattern, the flared volumes and the contoured contours energize the silhouette, while the color lines add energy. Moreover, the emblematic symbols of Gabrielle Chanel are revisited in a sporty version. The number 5 appears in Chronomètre typography, the lion in the emblem and the star, a symbol of victory, graces the creations.

And for the first time, the signature CHANEL appears in a pleated print on high-end jewelry pieces, marking a new era of innovation. It is also worth noting a functional and technical approach to the jewelry. Inspired by sports equipment, graphic patterns and quick-release fasteners become aesthetic clasps. The carabiner redesigned in the shape of the number 5 and the pivoting clasp borrowed from the iconic 2.55 bag are just a few of the details that embody this new vision. The quilted leather CHANEL, Reinterpreted in the spirit of textured technical fabrics, it becomes a supple weave adorned with sporting symbols. A tube chain, called the «sport cord», was specifically developed for this collection by combining precious materials and high-tech materials. Finally, this collection features exceptional gems such as a set of five Kashmir sapphires resulting from several years of research.
