CHANEL HAUTE JEWELLERY N°5

First of all, the exceptional 55.55 necklace paved the way for this collection dedicated to the world's most famous perfume. Indeed, the audacity of the creation, the nobility of the materials, the assumed femininity, combined with an intimate character and a powerful timelessness, the N°5 Collection thus reflects the great traits of the mythical perfume.

CHANEL NUMBER

The House CHANEL celebrates the hundredth anniversary of the perfume's fame No. 5 with a new high jewelry collection, Collection No. 5.

For this beautiful occasion, Patrice Leguéreau, Director of the Studio of Creation CHANEL, imagined the first and only collection of Haute Joaillerie dedicated to a perfume.

CHANEL N°5

First of all, the exceptional necklace 55.55 opens the way to this collection dedicated to the most famous perfume in the world.
It must be said that this collection is bold. For the nobility of the materials and the assumed femininity that are added to an intimate character thus reflect the great traits of the mythical perfume.

Thus, through one hundred and twenty-three architecturally designed and flexible jewels, CHANEL gives his vision of the contrast between the bottle’s graphic design and the sensuality of the fragrance. Indeed, the creative studio magnifies five elements of the perfume’s identity No. 5 by compositions of rare and exceptional gems.

First of all, the stopper. It is a magnificent size, the rectangular shape recalling that of Place Vendôme. Carved from rock crystal or studded with diamonds, onyx, pearls, and yellow sapphires. Thus, this precious octagon finds its place in graphic jewelry with a masterful elegance and sophistication.

Through clever plays of transparency, the rings adorned with rock crystal reveal beds of brilliant stones that highlight pure profiles. On other gold rings, CHANEL Elevates the beauty of symbolic gemstones such as this 5.21-carat diamond on the Diamond Stopper ring. Sometimes feminized with a ribbon of sparkling rhinestones, the stopper symbolizes the gateway to the perfume’s imagination No. 5.

Then there is the Flacon. Iconic, it is recognizable by its geometric silhouette. In black and white, CHANEL Let the body of the perfume be revealed.  No. 5 In onyx, floating in a supple diamond-encrusted case. In contrast, the silhouette of the bottle is hidden within an exquisite pendule made of marquetry of mother-of-pearl and black lacquered net with a floral design of jasmine, rose and ylang-ylang.

The number, enhanced by a bold and sensual line, the drawing of the number 5 becomes one of the emblematic signatures of this collection. It traces a happy and changing link between the pieces that are treated with lightness like a ribbon. Moreover, insolent, it is centered on a neckline in yellow gold and diamonds holding a drop of gold-colored beryl. In XL size, the 5 revives the flames of the necklace Eternal N°5. It transforms at will into a choker, and the 5 can also be worn as a brooch.

It should be noted that this spectacular design is made up of a sublime array of diamonds. The rounds, pears, navettes, and ovals are set with a 10-carat emerald-cut diamond. Associated with yellow sapphires, the number is adorned with a very contemporary aura on vibrant clusters of sparkles. Wrapped in ribbons on necklaces and bracelets studded with diamonds, the 5 possesses a voluptuousness that evokes the fragrance of perfume.

At the heart of the fragrance, the flowers, the jasmine from Grasse, the rose of May, and the ylang-ylang bloom on colorful arrangements.

The flowers are worked in volume. This way, they retain all their lightness. Meanwhile, their shapes recall the symbols of the 1932 platinum and diamond collection. The star, moon, and sun shine brightly. The freshness of the jasmine (which resembles a star) enshrouds a cloud of diamonds.

To translate the olfactory revolution of perfume No. 5, CHANEL Imagine pieces with abstract patterns that radiate and blend with the body like a perfume. Moreover, the colors are sunny and amber. With a sumptuous composition of more than 350 carats of imperial topaz, they give the necklace an incandescent look. Golden Burst.

In harmonies of roses, CHANEL playing the card of femininity. It is through the jewelry Blushing Sillage that it expresses itself. So the precious gems form a gradient of colors that recalls the gold of the perfume’s essence No. 5. On the monochrome side, a cloud of diamonds illuminates the star-shaped composition of the necklace. Diamond Sillage where an immaculate 10 carat stone shines.
