A 2000-year-old gem!
It was during archaeological excavations in Australia, on the Kimberley coast, that Kat Szabo, an archaeologist, discovered this ancient fine gem. More precisely, this gem measures approximately 5 millimeters, it is almost round, has beautiful pink and gold reflections, and is very delicate.
Indeed, the scientists from the University of Wollongong studied and appreciated this treasure of nature.

It should be noted that this gem hidden in its shell was probably used about 2000 years ago during incantation rituals for rain. Because the Moon Sister, the gem, a solidified drop of water, was considered a talisman.

An exhibition in Perth, Australia at Western Australian Museum, will present this rarity of nature from June 20 to October 25, 2015.
